Hi, I’m Michele and I’m glad you’re here!
Whether you’re looking to further your yoga journey or discover how yoga can support you through pregnancy and birth, you’re in the right place.
Based in South East London, my aim is to help you find a sense of calm, balance and energy through yoga whatever your life stage.
Originally from the US I taught dance for many years before moving to London where my yoga practice really took root. I discovered a connection I had been searching for through movement and mindfulness in yoga and it has been an integral practice in my life now for over 20 years.
I want to share the wisdom of yoga with you exploring postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation so that you can destress, feel energised and balanced.
Supportive and friendly yoga classes nurture you throughout pregnancy, prepare for labour and birth, and helping you navigate early parenthood feeling empowered, confident and prepared for what lies ahead regardless of whether you’ve practiced yoga before.
Practical workshops for expectant parents and birthing partners to build confidence and help you feel prepared for your labour and birth of your baby.
Featuring lots of practical tips, movements, positions and simple props to help build your ‘toolkit’ ready for when the big day comes!
Complete, compassionate and caring Doula support whether you are a solo parent or couple looking for a caring and supportive approach to birthing. I can accompany your through your birth journey whatever form that might take, a home birth, a planned birth centre or labour ward birth,
c-section and everything in-between.
Perfect if you are beginning your yoga exploration or wanting to extend your practice with two different Hatha yoga class styles to choose from, a more gentle class to start of the week or a more dynamic session on Monday evening.
